Wellington is a total heartthrob with a gentle soul to match. This handsome boy is overflowing with affection and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give. His purr motor is HUGE – the kind you can hear across the room – and he’s always ready to turn it on for cuddles and attention.
Wellington adores people and does wonderfully with kids, making him the perfect family companion. He’s the type of cat who wants to be near you, whether that means curling up beside you on the couch or following you around just to keep you company.
In his current foster home, he is tolerant of other cats, loves being brushed and is a a noisy eater at times. We don’t blame him for the latter as he joined a colony in the Phoenix area and had to survive on his own. We wish he could tell us more about where he came from as he was very skinny when the colony caretaker noticed him and networked with our rescue for a soft landing place.
