By signing this application, I am agreeing to all of SOS Cat Rescue AZ 's rules and policies listed . I also agree to abide by all local animal ordinances, leases, laws and property ownership agreements as they pertain to the legally defines number of pets allowed in any human domicile or associated/attached properties. I also further agree that, should I be in violation of any local animal ordinances, leases and/or property ownership agreements, I hold harmless SOS Cat Rescue AZ and all associated rescue organizations in all matters and assume all legal and/or financial liabilities pertaining to any violations of said ordinances, leases and/or agreements. I have read the above application, agreement, and the rules and policies of SOS Cat Rescue AZ as explained and, by signing and submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that all my answers are true and I will abide by all the policies stated here. By initialing here, I agree that If for any reason I am unable to continue to foster, I will notify SOS Cat Rescue AZ at least seven days in advance so that SOS Cat Rescue AZ can find another foster location for this animal. I understand that foster homes are usually full and it may not be possible for SOS Cat Rescue AZ to find immediate placement for my foster cat should I no longer be able to care for him/her. I understand that SOS Cat Rescue AZ has the right to approve or deny this application. Please initial.

I agree to not declaw my SOS foster cat(s) I agree to take my foster cat(s)/kitten(s) to their vet appointments or scheduled surgeries. I agree to keep my foster cat(s)/kitten(s) indoors at all times as agreed in this application for their own safety.
